We do. During our beta, Ekiepo delivers with its own senior AI team, administers the process and operates the platform. There is no vendor selection round and no third party to chase, and one team is accountable for the outcome from brief to production.
An agency shows you a demo and an invoice. We agree the acceptance criteria before the build starts, turn them into gates, and review each stage against recorded evidence. You are not judging the work on a walkthrough at the end.
Each gate names the requirement, the evidence that will satisfy it, the acceptance threshold and who reviews it. Depending on the work that evidence can be automated test results, evaluation runs on your data, code scans or submitted artifacts. A reviewer checks the evidence against the agreed criteria and records the decision with its reasoning.
The gate does not pass. We correct the work and resubmit, and the earlier submissions stay on the record. If you decide to accept something that did not meet its threshold, that is a waiver with a written reason and a stated business implication. We do not quietly lower a threshold to turn a failure into a pass.
You fund each stage before it begins. Ekiepo holds those funds until all gates for that stage pass and your business approves the release. Funds are released at the end of the stage. The dashboard tracks each stage as unfunded, funded, held or released.
Tell us at the brief stage and each control becomes a named gate with a defined artifact, a reviewer and an agreed basis for acceptance. To be clear about what that is and is not: it means your requirement is written into the delivery plan and reviewed as evidence. It is not a certification, an audit, or a claim of coverage for a named framework.
One AI initiative you are accountable for, and someone who can approve scope and acceptance. We build the brief with you from there. If the data readiness or the evaluation approach is still too uncertain to price the delivery honestly, we scope that as its own piece of work first rather than guessing.
